Dawn Bibby

Dawn Bibby, after studying Textiles and Fashion at college, ventured into business designing and manufacturing an exclusive range of handmade and decorative knitwear.

Dawn organised a number of fashion shows, also exhibiting her range of products of craft fairs.  These produced endless enquiries concerning how the decorations (appliqués) were decorated.

This led Dawn to supply the raw craft materials needed for her products, soon expanding into other craft areas.  This was so successful that Dawn established Topaz Crafts in 1994 located in Oswaldtwistle Mills.

Following Dawn’s numerous workshops,  demonstration days and magazine articles, her expertise with crafts was soon recognised and she arrived at QVC establishing herself as its leading craft expert – hosting Fun Stamps and Creative Card Making hours and more recently with her own weekly shows.   Dawn also shares her experience and enthusiasm for paper crafting and scrap booking in her extensive range of videos and regular features and projects in the industry’s leading publications.  The demand for Dawns talents has become so extensive that she now employs a full time creative team of three to assist in the preparation of her shows, demonstrations and workshops, assisting her to bring endless ideas and inspiration to the world of crafting.

Dawn’s wealth of knowledge of the craft industry, and its products, have brought Topaz Crafts to be recognised as one of the top stockists of craft supplies in fact as….’A Real Jewel For Arts and Craft Accessories’.
